BZ Danxercise®

In Beyond Zumba, there's more dynamic movements than just a modern dance, we create this energetic holistic workout, by mixing our hip hop, latin, and belly danxercise, that will tone your muscle and give you a cardiovascular training in every session.
We recommend this exercise for women below 35 years old, but also for everyone who’s already familiar to physical trainings.


Duration 60 minutes:
- 15' Body Sculpting/Latin/HipHop danxercise as warm ups
- 45' core (BZ Danxercise)
- Cooling Down

Note: People with back and or joints problem should consult their physician before joining this exercise.
Attire:
Sport Apparel
Dance Sneaker, or Regular Sport Shoes will be needed
