Let's do the Belly Danxercise® !

Basic movement in this exercise is adapted from Middle-Eastern traditional dance, Belly Dancing, modified into a holistic workout, which means by taking this class, you will get an intensive body toning, and also a cardiovascular training in the same time..!
It’s concentrating on your lower, upper, and side abs, also on your arms, waist line, hips, buttocks, and thighs.


It’s a low impact exercise, so it will be perfect for all ages.


Attire:
Tank top & leggings.
Ballet Shoes or Bare Feet will do.
